Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with AutoMod Studio. We want customers to receive the correct product in good condition.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return, replacement or refund within 7 days after receiving your order if:
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong product or bundle quantity.
• Parts included with the order are missing.
• The product is materially different from its description.
• The product cannot be used because of a manufacturing defect.
Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the problem. For transit damage, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate the issue with the delivery provider. This recommendation does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

Required evidence: Clear photographs or video showing the product, packaging and issue.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned products should be unused, uninstalled and returned with their original packaging and included components, except where inspection or use was reasonably necessary to identify a defect.
A return must be approved before the product is sent back. Products returned without approval may not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
The following are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
• Custom-made or personalised products.
• Products made with a customer-selected name, logo, colour or design.
• Products damaged through incorrect installation, misuse or modification.
• Products showing excessive wear or accidental damage.
• Clearance or final-sale products where clearly stated before purchase.
These exclusions do not apply where the item is defective, incorrect, misrepresented or where a return is required under applicable law.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before production or fulfilment begins. Once a custom product has entered production or an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
We do not charge a cancellation fee unless clearly disclosed and legally permitted.
RETURN SHIPPING
If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete because of our error, AutoMod Studio will arrange or reimburse reasonable return-shipping costs.
For an approved change-of-mind return, where accepted, the customer may be responsible for return-shipping costs.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to display the refund.
Original delivery charges are normally non-refundable unless the return resulted from a defective, damaged or incorrect product.
REPLACEMENTS
Where available, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement dispatch times depend on product availability and production requirements.
