ORDER PROCESSING

Standard orders are normally prepared within 2–5 business days.

Custom-made, personalised or high-volume bundle orders may require 4–8 business days before dispatch.

Processing times do not include Sundays, public holidays or delivery time.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• Major Indian cities: 3–7 business days
• Other serviceable Indian locations: 5–10 business days
• Remote locations: Delivery may require additional time

These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, regional restrictions or events outside our reasonable control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Any free-shipping promotion will apply only where its stated conditions are satisfied.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking is available, the tracking number or delivery link will be sent by email, SMS or another contact method provided during checkout.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and phone number.

Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where legally permitted.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Courier partners may make one or more delivery attempts. If an order is returned because delivery was refused, the address was incorrect or the customer was repeatedly unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

Please inspect the package when it arrives. If the package or product appears damaged, contact us promptly with:

• Order number
• Photographs of the outer packaging
• Photographs or video of the product
• Description of the damage

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

Contact us if tracking has not updated for an unreasonable period or if the estimated delivery period has passed. We will investigate the shipment with the courier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

AutoMod Studio currently ships to: [INDIA ONLY / LIST COUNTRIES].

International customers, where supported, are responsible for customs duties, import taxes and local fees unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
